Refunds and Exchanges:
Please note that all sales are final. Refunds, returns, and exchanges are not accepted. 

Shipping: 

Shipping is currently offered to location within the continental U.S. All works are professionally packed and shipped. Shipping charges are applied at checkout. 

NC Sales Tax: 

NC Sales and Use Tax is charged and collected online at checkout. 

Complimentary Order Pick-Up: 

Select works of art currently in the collection that may appear in the online shop may be available for pickup at either the Raleigh studio or Chicago studios. Purchases must be made by coordinating with David Rubin. To inquire if a work of art seen in the online shop  is available for  complimentary pick-up, please contact David Rubin.
